Sexta

Phew! I'm finally finished!
...
Or more like I recognize that if I spend any more time on this I'm going to lose my mind.
This was initially supposed to be a quick little speed sketch to practice sketching on my Wacom and, well, as you can see it kinda ballooned.
I have to say that, while I know this piece has a TON of issues, I'm relatively proud of it. I sort of used this piece to practice a bunch of things I'd either never done or rarely done before such as full body, angled lighting, actual movement in the fabric, and hey look! Jack-la made a background! A crappy one, but all the same...(if any of you make fun of my sand dunes, I will hunt you down and make you cry. I know they suck.)

So anyway, here's my tribute to the amazing Grimmjow Jaggerjaques, the Sexta Espada. I miss him and want to come back immediately.
